14-Day Free Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

 

Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return:

    • Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Receive Return Label:

    • You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email once your return request is approved.

  3. Pack and Ship:

    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a sturdy box, and attach the prepaid return label.
    • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

 

Processing Returns:

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items. If they meet our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items:
